Phone contacts missing in the app

If you can't find contacts on your phone, the app probably hid them for specific reasons like duplicate contacts, contacts missing information like name or number, or deleted contacts.

Find Missing Contacts​

  1. We can unhide them anytime by tapping Menu.

  1. Tap on View Hidden Contacts.

  1. Select the contacts you wish to unhide, then tap Unhide.

Contacts with symbols​

You also need to check if your contacts have symbols like ", ', *, #.

Contacts with symbols are usually located at the top portion of your contact list.
