Avoid using Hit Em Up for sending mass marketing messages or promotional content without the explicit consent of the recipients. Hit Em Up is not intended for bulk marketing purposes.
Spam or Chain Messages​
Refrain from sending spam or chain messages that are repetitive, irrelevant, or annoying to your contacts. These types of messages can be intrusive and may violate the terms of use.
Illegal or Harmful Content​
Do not use Hit Em Up to share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any local, state, or federal laws. This includes content promoting violence, discrimination, or any form of illegal activity.

Fraudulent Activities​

Commercial A2P Messaging​
Hit Em Up's Personalized Text features are designed for sending through P2P messaging services like your own phone number and is not intended for large-scale Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging campaigns. If you require such services, consider using a dedicated A2P messaging platform. We do not currently offer that solution, but ask our support to register you for updates for when and if we offer it!
Sending Sensitive Information​
Refrain from using Hit Em Up to send sensitive personal or financial information. It’s essential to prioritize the security and privacy of your communication.
