Message Send Failures Troubleshooting Guide

Learn what to do when you can't send messages on iPhone or Android.
1. Make sure to have an active number. Call your carrier if your number needs activation.
2. Did you attach a photo?
a. Make sure that MMS is enabled.
b. Make sure you have a good internet connection. Photos take too much data and storage, so slow down sending when you have images attached.

1. Make sure you can send texts from your iPhone. If not, follow the troubleshooting steps for iPhone.
2. Make sure that Text Message Forwarding is set up.

3. Make sure that you're signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID on all of your devices. Then, check that you turned on Contacts in your iCloud settings.
